While fans await her surprise return to the Jersey Shore crew, Pivarnick is gearing up for a breast lift and implants with Dr. Tutela. “She has been so great setting up for surgery and is always texting to go over last minute jitters and asking questions about the recovery process,” he described.
While they have ditched their poofs and sweatsuits, some of the cast members have since paid a visit to plastic surgeon Dr. John Tutela ‘s office to make some physical tweaks. NYC based plastic surgeon Dr. John Tutela told E! News that Snooki came to his office last year for a breast life and implants. “This is a very common operation after pregnancy and breast feeding and is truly restorative surgery,” he said. “Nicole is a great mom and lives a healthy life style.

Perhaps the only cast member to have not gone under the knife was DJ Pauly D. As these photos show, he looks exactly the same as he did a decade ago. The same cannot be said for The Situation.
Offering his opinion on Giancola, Dr. Schimpf, who hasn’t treated her, told Radar, “Sammi’s face appears thinner perhaps due to weight loss and over all she looks healthier. Perhaps a better diet and sun protection as her skin appears lighter and less damaged. I would guess she has had peels or lasering done to reverse some of the sun damage she has experienced..Her lips appear fuller due to filler. She has no facial expression wrinkles as a result of Botox or another neurotoxin.”

“She appears to have less wrinkling with smiling as a result of neurotoxin or Botox,” Dr. Schimpf told Radar of Cortese. “She has a dramatic improvement in her upper eyelids, much less skin drooping due to a blepharoplasty. Her nose is smaller and has less fullness at the bottom as a result of a rhinoplasty. She has had filler in her cheeks as well as Nasolabial folds and lips increasing volume and fullness. Her teeth have had veneers placed and her overall skin tone is improved most likely due to skin care regiment as well as lasers and or peel treatments.”
